SUMMER YOUTH TRIALS ACADEMY #5 - SATURDAY 15th AUGUST

The fifth session of our 2026 Youth Trials Academy takes place on Saturday 15th August 2026 and registration is now open!

With sincere thanks to the Bourne family for the use of their venue.

Whether your child is completely new to trials riding or already competing, our structured coaching sessions are designed to help young riders learn, improve and have fun in a safe environment.

Our 5th Academy will see riders divided into 4 grades: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Advanced+.

The Academy will follow the format a Trial with up to 10 sections marked out with 3 or 4 lines in each section to suit abilities. Riders will walk sections with their coaches and then ride them as they would at a Trial. Tags will be punched but scores wont be kept as this is not a competition. The goal is to start preparing riders who may have not competed at a Trial into how the event works. A busy season of Trials Competitions kicks off in September.

Entry Fees (per academy date):

• €30 – 1 child

• €55 – 2 children from the same family

• €75 – 3 children from the same family

Open to all MCI / MCUI / MRA Competition or Participant Licence holders.

Youth Academy open to ages 4 - 18 years of age.
